  • Proceed through the sequence below completing
  • as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
  • 40 x Burpee
  • 30 x Snatch @ 35kg
  • 30 x Burpee
  • 30 x Snatch @ 60kg
  • 20 x Burpee
  • 30 x Snatch @ 75kg
  • 10 x Burpee
  • as many reps as possible of Snatch @ 90kg
