  • Endurance challenge za mesec novembar je Friday Grinder a.k.a. “DROBILICA”

With 45 minutes cap, complete following tasks

  • 50 sumo deadlift high pull
  • 50 box jumps
  • 50 thrusters
  • to be done w/ empty barbell
  • straight into 6 minutes cap, to find 3RM of front squat from rack
  • 25 chest to bar pull ups
  • 50 burpees
  • 75 kb swings
  • 10 rounds
  • 10 double unders
  • 3 clean & jerks 60/35
