Timski Klupski HOPPER CUP

  • Uzbuđeni smo zbog onoga što donosi septembar!

  • U periodu od 31.08. do 13.09. svaki tim mora da kompletira tri treninga kako bi se kvalifikovao u dalju fazu. Redosled treninga nije bitan. Trening moze biti odradjen i vise puta u cilju sto boljeg plasmana. Nakon tri zavrsena treninga, sledeca faza, su dva treninga u periodu od 13.09. do 19.09. Ukupno pet timova sa najboljim rezultatima se kvalifikuju za glavni event u nedelju 20.09.2015. Tada na licu mesta izvlacimo zadatke iz bubnja i formiramo trening.

    Prva tri treninga objavljujemo u ponedeljak 31.08.2015.

  • – Mr Bin

  • – Grobari
  • – Underdog
  • – Tango i Keš
  • – Good Cop / Bad Cop
  • – Victorius

 

  • WOD #1
  • For Time:
  • 100 Thrusters 40/25
  • 100 Pull Ups
  • Split reps as needed.

 

  • WOD #2
  • As Many Reps As Possible in 12 minutes:
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Ground to Overhead 40/25
  • Relay style. Rest while other is moving.
  • Immediately into 3 minute Time Cap
  • to FIND 3RM Partner Deadlift.

 

  • WOD #3
  • 4 Rounds For Time:
  • 10 Syncronised Toes to Bar
  • 20 Syncronised Bar Facing Burpee
  • 30 Syncronised Front Rack Lunges 60/35
